At IndiaCarRental.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to make our refund process as transparent and fair as possible.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early returns, or unused rental days once the trip has started.
